Our Promise
Root to Remedy Botanicals is a small, woman-owned apothecary creating handcrafted herbal goods in small batches. Each product is made, packaged, and shipped with care using herbs grown on our homestead, responsibly foraged, or thoughtfully sourced from trusted suppliers.
Because every remedy is handmade, you may notice slight variations between batches. These small differences are part of working with natural ingredients and the changing seasons.
Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are prepared and packaged by hand.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
You will receive tracking information once your package has been prepared and is ready for its journey to you.

Where We Ship
At this time, Root to Remedy Botanicals ships within the United States only.
Seasonal Herbal Box Policy
How It Works
Our Seasonal Herbal Box is released four times a year, following the natural rhythm of the seasons:
🌱 Spring Box: March • April • May
☀️ Summer Box: June • July • August
🍂 Autumn Box: September • October • November
❄️ Winter Box: December • January • February
Each box includes a rotating selection of seasonal herbal creations, customer favorites, and new releases.
Shipping Schedule
Seasonal Boxes ship: 3-5 days after purchase.
Orders placed after the seasonal cutoff date of the 25th on the last day of the season will be included in the next seasonal shipment.
Ex.) Orders placed after August 25th will be getting a Autumn box instead of a summer box.
Subscription Billing
Seasonal Box subscriptions renew automatically every three months from the date you placed your order.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account before your next billing date.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened herbal products, teas, skincare items, or personal care goods.
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been packaged and shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
